She has run companies as a manufacturer, wholesaler, retailer, distributor, agent, buyer, marketer, stylist, fashion-show organizer, consultant, employer, mentor and CEO.
Rose began in children’s fashion, then built a career of more than 25 years across the fashion industry — women’s wear, children’s clothing, handbags, shoes, accessories, toys and apparel — following a product’s entire journey from concept, sourcing and manufacturing to marketing, distribution, wholesale, retail, fashion shows, styling and, finally, the customer. Along the way she crossed into automotive manufacturing and international B2B sales, advised small businesses in Toronto’s Financial District, and ultimately brought decades of fit-and-sizing experience into technology and robotics.
For Rose, entrepreneurship has never been only about selling products. Over more than 25 years she has hired, trained and worked alongside hundreds of employees — building teams, developing talent, mentoring founders and creating opportunities for others to move forward.
Began with Little Lord Manufacturing, creating newborn-to-18 collections distributed across the United States and Canada.
Expanded through TOOTU Kids and Mini TOOTU Kids, plus other children’s and ladies’ labels spanning clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories and toys.
Showcased collections at major apparel trade shows in New York, Los Angeles and Toronto, and supplied wardrobe, styling and fashion solutions to corporate clients.
Served as Marketing Manager for International and Foreign Sales at United Spray Booths, working directly with Magna.
Operated chains of showrooms in major downtown high-rises and Toronto’s leading hotels, partnering with property managers and a wide range of fashion brands.
Business Consultant and Trustee supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses in Toronto’s Financial District.
Turned decades of sizing challenges into an innovative fit solution and now leads as CEO in robotics and technology.
